The Plughubs custom aluminum pallet is designed with strength, safety, longevity, and optimal parking/stall space fitment in mind. it allows storm water pass-through, and is highly weather resistant. It can be moved with a pallet jack from all four sides to be easily set into position. Bolting down the pallet/palletized kit to the ground is strongly recommended. The Saginaw battery cabinet is an outdoor rated 2DR LP electrical enclosure. As you can see in the photos, it is slim at only 12" wide. It is sized to fit perfectly in a carport parking spot/stall and be minimally invasive to vehicles/pedestrians. Saginaw Engineering manufactures their products in Saginaw, MI.

Each 70-pack of Greentec Nissan Leaf Second Life Battery Modules equates to a 20kW of storage capacity. We pre-install and pre-wire them in the electrical cabinet. We limit the systems to 20kW due to: "The residential chapter of NFPA 855 addresses the installation of residential ESS units between 1kwh and 20 kwh. After individual units exceed 20kWh it will be treated the same as a commercial installation and must comply with the requirements of the rest of the standard." Greentec has multiple battery reconditioning loacation throughout the United States.

The Battery Tender EV charger can deliver 1,700W of energy which expels the 20kW of stored energy in the battery system in just under 12 hours. This cuts down hundreds of dollars of custs versus a 240V charger. Example scenario: Your resident/tenant plugs their vehicle in at 7:00pm when they get home from work and unplug at 7:00am before leaving for work. They will then have used ~20kW of energy. This can give them between 350-630 miles of range per week. The miles will of course depend on the residents/tenants driving habits and their specific vehicle's economy.
